What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, and optionally a phone number, website and a description of your project, along with the discipline, sector, budget range and timeline you select. We also record which page you submitted from and, where present, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the URL.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and to manage the resulting conversation. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run automated sequences, and we do not sell, share or transfer your details to third parties for their own use.

Where it is stored

In our own database, on infrastructure we control, accessible only to named members of the Aperno team who are signed in.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. If you begin the enquiry form, your answers are saved in your own browser’s local storage so you can come back and finish — that stays on your device and is deleted once you submit.

How long we keep it

For as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aperno.com and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Aperno is a trading name of Blurred Ego Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14823657.

Blurred Ego Ltd is the data controller for anything you send through this site.
